Niche Home Designs started with a simple idea of bringing dream sketches into dream homes with a local reputation using their signature modern look, as well as any other style of home imaginable.
Niche Home Designs is a Multi Award Winning company that has been creating bespoke designer homes since 1994 based in Sydney NSW.
We are proud winners of 18 Industry Awards and are members of the Building Designers Association of Australia. At Niche Home Designs, we provide award-winning design and innovative construction solutions, delivering a beautiful and luxurious home that truly compliments your lifestyle.
Nick Nikolaidis who is the director of Niche Home Designs is an Accredited Building Designer of the Building Designers Association of Australia.

Our Process
From conception to completion using our design and construction qualifications and knowledge we can collaborate closely with the client to ensure the project responds to their budget and timeframe.
We start with a site visit and detailed brief followed by conceptual design sketches. We then take a hands-on approach with Development Application (DA) and council approval. Once approval is granted we prepare detailed documentation suitable for Construction Certificate (CC).
We have extensive experience working with Council and other building industry authorities and have a great working relationship with other industry leading consultants.
